Well we weren't the judges top-choice, but it felt great to be presenting a crowd pleasing project. Everyone I brought in to make this project happen is ridiculously talented, and we can all claim our own personal victory.

Here's a nice mention of the work in The BK Paper. Though it's a blurb and the project is a little more meaty than this article sounds, the mentioning of my work as a highlight puts on my proud pants.

New York Cares Project Premiere.

The promotional video we have been steadily working on for the Youth Service Club of the New York Cares Organization was wrapped & polished last week & then premiered at their recent Donor Breakfast here in the city.

OTL produced this video for the purposes of exciting New York Cares Donors & Volunteers about the specific Youth Service Club. The club offers high school students the opportunity to provide meaningful service to their communities.

We interviewed 'the youth of tomorrow', their teachers & their New York Cares YSC mgrs. We also got to shoot b-roll of these super-cool & caring kids at various projects, such as: walking & playing with dogs at animal shelters, making "surgi dolls" for kids that are about to have surgery & revitalizing schools with artist murals.

“Oh The Ladies” can be pronounced several ways. One way is the drawn out, almost indulgent acknowledgment of the let-go: “Ohhhhhhh The Ladies”. Then, there is the all inclusive capitalization of the specifics designation, the“THE” emphasizor: “Oh THE Ladies”. There is also the interesting use of a question applied with the implied answer attached version: “Oh?…no need to question…The Ladies”. And finally there’s our favorite pronunciation, the stressing of who else but the Ladies, “Oh The LADIES”.
